As a general warning – both myself and my neighbour have received phone calls that are scams calls – they choose a random name from the phone book,  and call you – by name – saying that your computer, or Windows 10 or Mac is having problems somehow. They will ask you to install Teamviewer or other screen sharing software to ‘help’ fix your computer.

Neither Microsoft or Apple will ever do this !

Obviously don’t do this under any circumstances. Feel free to swear at them !
